I agree with DreamaR50 – too much time is taken up watching videos or reading long scripts to get to the topic. Losing interest.

Hi there and thanks for your comment. I understand many of us have busy lifestyles and cannot always take the time to read large articles or watch a video. I am in the same “busy” boat most days. For the most part, we try to include all of the information needed to give you an honest and upfront opinion. We can’t always shorten articles completely. If we do, we leave out extremely important information. We’ve completed several customer opinion surveys, and a large percentage of customers are visual learners. Which means the videos and interactive articles are helpful to them. Because we like to make sure we cater to ALL our customers, this is why we include videos, charts,etc. Of course, those who are in a hurry can just “Skim” through, get the basics, and move on. I am glad you had a few minutes to look through our page today. In future we will try and include shorter articles for you, as well as the videos for our visual learners. Have a great day!
