The Problem With Ubiquinol Supplements

Most Ubiquinol Products Don’t Work Because …

Ubiquinol Is a Fat Soluble Substance – It must have fats present to be dissolved and absorbed by your system.

Most products simply add other ingredients for “enhanced absorption.” Unfortunately, this doesn’t guarantee they will be absorbed into your bloodstream. Worse, too many manufacturers use these added ingredients to make it look like you’re getting more ubiquinol than you really are.

They have all sorts of fancy names for it like a proprietary blend — in which case they won’t even tell you what’s in it. And legally they can still advertise 100mg serving (even a 200mg serving) because that’s the size of the whole pill with all the “other ingredients” mixed in.

But that doesn’t mean that ubiquinol will make it to your bloodstream where it can work for you.   But… There is a better way.

How To Get  Better Absorption From Your Ubiquinol

The point of taking ubiquinol to start with is that your body can’t convert CoQ10 as well as it could when you were younger. So it’s kind of a kick in the teeth to discover that the same problems exist with getting ubiquinol absorbed into your system where it can work. (Or more precisely, to realize some companies will take your money for something that really isn’t any better. But that’s probably not news to you.)

There is, however, something that has been clinically shown to make a huge difference.

Before your body can use it, CoQ10 must be converted to ubiquinol. But after we turn 40, this conversion becomes more and more difficult. Which makes ubiquinol a critical supplement. But the challenges don’t stop there. Ubiquinol must be absorbed into the bloodstream before it can benefit you at all, and as a fat soluble nutrient this is easier said than done.

NEW and IMPROVED delivery system now allows for the solubilization of ubiquinol without chemical interactions or degradation. There simply is no better way to reap the benefits of ubiquinol.

The Most Important Thing To Look For When Buying Ubiquinol…

1. 100mg of actual Ubiquinol. The vast majority of reduced ubiquinol is 50mg [or less if it’s a proprietary blend].  Some even advertise 200mg because that’s the size of the entire capsule or softgel, with all the other ingredients in it.  Look closely at their label, it should have at least 100mg of ubiquinol. *if the web site won’t show you the label … that probably tells you all you need to know.

3 Things To Stay Away From When Buying Ubiquinol…

1. Stay away from prices that are too good to be true.  Any ubiquinol that worth your time will cost around $40 for a month supply.  Anything we’ve found cheaper than that is always either the less absorbable form of ubiquinol and/or mixed with a bunch of fillers.   ***If you find a product you want us to take a look at, please send a link or other information to us by clicking “help” in the upper right hand corner of any page on our web site and we’ll be happy to take a look … we love researching.

2. Stay away from marketing hype (words like Best or Top Quality).  Come on, we all know it’s impossible for a product to be “Top Quality, Lowest Price” … those words don’t even belong in the same sentence.  So when you see them, don’t waste your time.

3. Be careful of people talking about “new advanced” technology that has nothing to do with ubiquinol.  The latest form of this tactic is the caplique (which is just a sealed capsule).  We have not found a single scientific study that shows the sealed capsule to be better absorbed than the softgel, not one study.  If you find one, please send it to us!
