Message: I have been taking Life Oil for almost a month, and I’m happy with the results so far.  I have lost anywhere from a half to one pound a week since beginning the oil.  I’m exercising one day a week, and I’m trying to be more mindful of what I’m eating.  However, I’ve still been eating things I wouldn’t normally eat if I was trying to lose weight.  I definitely feel that I owe my weight loss to taking the Life Oil.
