I ordered Acai to help with weight loss but I am reordering to improve my mood swings and depression. This is my third order of the 3 Pack series of Acai. I find that when I take Acai daily I have a better outlook on life and it actually improves the anger I was feeling about everything. For that improvement alone I am so grateful. In between the second order and this recent order I ran out and waited a while before reordering to see if the positive attitude stayed with me. The anger and negativity returned and I was not a happy camper for a while then it hit me that I was out of the Acai and I quickly reordered. It came in right away and I am so happy, literally, to be taking it again. I started taking two at night and one in the morning and now I take one twice a day with great results in improving my mood swings and negative attitude. I can’t say that I see any difference in my weight problem at present but I’m going to stay positive and believe I will see some weight loss. I will let you know when I do. I am smiling a lot more.
