The Secret To Longer Life?

Women of Hunza Routinely Live To 100+

Imagine a land where cancer has not yet been invented. A land where an optometrist discovers to his amazement that everyone has perfect 20-20 vision, and cardiologists cannot find a single trace of coronary heart disease. Men of 80 and 90 father children, and there’s nothing unusual about men and women enjoying vigorous life at the age of 100 or 120.

Sound too good to be true? Well such places do exist – 5 of them to be exact: The land of Hunza in northern Pakistan, Vilcambamba in Ecuador, and high mountain valleys in the countries of Georgia, Mongolia and Peru.

Scientists have flocked to each of these locations for decades now trying to discover the secret to long life. The cultures are different, and so are the diets. What could it possibly be? Read more

When You’ve Had All You Can Take…

After yesterday’s video about tying my shoes wrong, my teenage son insisted on showing me some of his favorite youtube videos. This one here, I have to admit, just riveted me:

I’m so impressed with this kid – his name is Casey btw – and the amount of patience he shows in the beginning. But we can all agree there comes a point when you can only take so much abuse. And then it becomes time to fight back.

I realize this video may be a bit controversial. But I posted it today because it resonated with me, and I suspect it might resonate with you as well. Because it’s really easy to feel bullied by all the internet scammers and the pharmaceutical industry. (If you don’t know what I’m talking about regarding Big Pharma, you’ve got to read our Black Paper expose.)

We founded this company to do what Casey is doing here – put the Beat Down on scammers and Big Pharma bullies!

One solution? Begin regular weight training.

“My doctor said my numbers were not good,” Ave recalled. “So I decided to go into bodybuilding.” Read more
